My wife's family was dealing with the loss of her grandfather. He was an avid gun collector, shooter and hunter. So when the gun safe was opened it was full to the brim. There were clear instructions on who some were supposed to go to, but others were not so clear. Because of there wonderful hearts they decided to sell quite a few to help their grandmother out.
This is where the vultures came in.
We reached out to one of the gun dealers that her grandfather had dealt with, hopping to get an honest hand. Boy how we were wrong. He began to lowball them from the start. When we tried to get him to come up on the prices he became very frustrated and just about left. He reassured us that he "buys low and sells low" to help people out....what a lie that turned out to be. We did not have a lot of time so they had no choice but to take a massive hit. Over the next few days I began to see the guns appear online at MSRP. For example he bought one shotgun for $100 and was trying to sell it for $600. At that moment I decided that someone needed to stand up for people in these situations, and so Last Watch Arms was born. Our mission is not to make some huge profit. Instead are primary goal is to support other members of the 2A community and there family in these times of need.
